iTunes U: Introduction to Podcasting
This session will introduce faculty, staff, and teaching assistants to the basics of iTunes U podcasting.
In this session, you will learn:
- What a podcast is.
- How audio and video podcasts are used in education.
- What is the instructional value of podcasting.
- How iTunes U content can be played through any computer, or downloaded to provide mobile learning.
- How to get started using iTunes U and how to upload content.

This intro session is designed to help you get up and running with iTunes U. The follow-up session covers additional features of using iTunes U and another session covers information about converting pre-existing media into iTunes U friendly format.
