Cloud Documents and Surveys with Google Docs

UB has partnered with Google to provide Apps for Education to students. One of the most useful Apps is Google Docs, a browser-based document editor.

Google Docs is an online tool that allows for collaboration on documents, presentations, and spreadsheets. In this workshop, you will learn about these collaborative features and explore their uses in the classroom environment. The workshop will also cover another tool, Google Forms. Forms allow you to easily create surveys, distribute them to students, and analyze the results.

Prior to the workshop, you will need to set up a Google Account. If you do not have one, you can create one by going to http://tinyurl.com/HowToMakeAGoogleAccount
