Faculty Resources from The New York Times

The free availability of The New York Times to UB students (both print and electronic versions) offers a unique opportunity to incorporate New York Times' content into your courses and engage students in active learning.

The New York Times has also created a number of online resources for faculty, including faculty-developed case studies, discussion questions, and video events as well as ideas for writing composition prompts and discussion questions for classroom use.

Please join us as Mark Condor, Education Manager at The New York Times, explores these resources and shares instructional strategies to promote critical thinking and encourage students to become well-informed, global citizens.
